Seesaw & the Curriculum

As always, teachers can find fun and ready-to-go activities for each school day in Seesaw’s May Dailies calendar. This month’s calendar features May Special Days, Mental Health Awareness, and much more! 

Seesaw’s Summer Learning and Building to Kindergarten collections provide resources to prevent summer slide! These collections encourage students to explore interests, ask questions, and build skills while having fun over the summer. We also have some amazing implementation resources to assist with in-person summer school, including: a suggested 8-week summer Scope and Sequence, a one-pager on setting up Seesaw for summer school, and a quick video overview of summer learning with Seesaw.

My Amazing Year Journal (differentiated for PK, K-2, and 3-5) provides an opportunity for students to celebrate their year and capture all their favorite moments and accomplishments. My Amazing Year Journal has four categories: Me and My Year, My Favorites, My Year as a… and Goals for the New Year. The activities are designed to be completed over multiple days. This is also a great lesson for teachers to share with families to strengthen the home-school connection as the school year draws to a close!
