Modernization and seismic upgrade to existing school building and campus including but not limited to:

- Complete renovation of all toilet facilities
- Complete renovation of administrative offices
- Addition of five new classrooms
- Replacement of industrial kitchen
- Demolition of five existing portable classrooms and associated site work
