Daniel Webster Elementary School’s mission is to foster a multi-cultural environment by challenging existing inequities, to engage our community in every aspect of learning, and to promote the well-being of all. Daniel Webster is a small, intimate school with both General Education and Spanish Dual-Immersion strands. We are a diverse cultural community that welcomes all families, diverse perspectives, new ideas, and creative solutions to strengthen the learning environment for our students. We work tirelessly to provide all our students with the resources they need to succeed.

Project Description

Modernization of existing classroom building, administration building, and auditorium building. Construction of a new multi-purpose expansion lobby and flex space adjacent to existing administration.

Major accessibility improvements include a new 2 stop elevator, a new interior corridor to serve both levels of the main classroom building, new ramps and stairs, and new restrooms,

Project scope includes but is not limited to: the building exterior and interior construction, compliance with the current life safety codes, the building systems (HVAC, electrical, telecommunications, alarm, fire sprinkler, security, plumbing), interior finishes replacement including insulation, and site work improvements.
