Support for Mentors

Please accept the SIP Mentor Google Classroom to receive monthly coaching information, resources, and tools. Titled "SFUSD Induction New Teacher Support Program (SIP) Mentors 2025-26 Mentors"

A SIP team member will be your peer mentor, providing one-on-one meetings, ILP review and feedback, technical support, and in-field coaching. Don't hesitate to get in touch with your peer mentor to answer your questions about SIP.

There are multiple PD opportunities SIP mentors this school year:

• Beginning of the Year Orientation
• Asynchronous Coaching Modules
• Monthly Office Hours
• 1:1 Peer Mentor Support

The induction team will reach out to you and invite you to these PD opportunities.
