Information from site administrators and our district Human Resources department is used to enroll new teachers for Induction and new teacher support. On occasion, the SIP team may not receive this information or may need to update teacher credential data. If you are new to SFUSD, please complete the New Teacher Eligibility Form to ensure that the information we have is accurate.
The new teacher eligibility form requires you to enter your credential status. If your status changes at any time during the year, please inform us by emailing inductionprogram@sfusd.edu.
