SIP Information for Administrators

Teachers who have Preliminary credentials, Intern credentials, Emergency, or other permits are eligible for SIP support. They will receive one-on-one mentoring from an experienced mentor. 
 

Principal Portals serve as a communication tool between the SIP team and site leaders to match new teachers to mentors. The portals are sent to principals twice a year, typically in early June and late August. Please access your site's principal portal in order to enter the names of your new teachers with Preliminary credentials, Intern credentials and Emergency or Other permits. Additionally, principals and other site leaders can use the portals to identify site mentors and match them to eligible teachers for the school year.
