Letter to Parent for your child to attend Community Service Eligibility Make-Up

Dear Parent(s)/Guardian,

As the end of the school year approaches, your son/daughter is asked to attend our Community Service Eligibility Make-Up day this Saturday 5/18/24 at MLK MS. The number of hours needed to restore their eligibility varies from student to student, but the operational hours on Saturday will run from 10am to 2pm. Some students need only one hour, others will need all four. 

This make-up day is particularly important for 8th graders who remain illegible and wish to walk the stage in the Promotion Ceremony on May 29, however, students in 6th and 7th grades still need to clear their eligibility before school ends on June 4th, 2024.

School Lunch will be served to the students at noon.

Carta a los padres para que su hijo asista al servicio comunitario Elegibilidad para recuperar

Estimados Padres/Tutores Legales:

A medida que se acerca el final del año escolar, se le pide a su hijo/a que asista a nuestro día de recuperación de elegibilidad para servicios comunitarios este sábado 18 de mayo de 2024 en MLK MS. La cantidad de horas necesarias para restablecer su elegibilidad varía de un estudiante a otro, pero el horario operativo del sábado será de 10 a. m. a 2 p. m. Algunos estudiantes solo necesitan una hora, otros necesitarán las cuatro.

Este día de recuperación es particularmente importante para los estudiantes de 8.º grado que permanecen ilegibles y desean subir al escenario en la Ceremonia de Promoción el 29 de mayo; sin embargo, los estudiantes de 6.º y 7.º grado aún deben aclarar su elegibilidad antes de que finalicen las clases el 4 de junio de 2024.

El almuerzo escolar se servirá a los estudiantes al mediodía.
