- 4 unexcused tardies in a single class and/or 10 total unexcused tardies (per quarter)
- 4 out of class without permission (per quarter)
- 2 Behavior Referrals (per quarter)
- 1 fight (level 2 or higher)
- 1 School Suspension
- At the discretion of admin and counselor
