George Peabody is a successful, safe, and small elementary school with a family-feel located in San Francisco's Inner Richmond neighborhood. Our talented and experienced staff provides each student with meaningful learning experiences through purposeful instruction and a well articulated curriculum. Project Description
Modernization of existing classroom building and administration building. Construction of new multi-purpose building including library and addition of the classroom building. Project scope includes:
- Moving existing portable building to a temporary location on site and at completion of work removing portable structure. Provide all utilities for portable building, including but not limited to power, data, security. Hazardous material removal to include landscape work.
- The building exterior and interior construction.
- Compliance with the current life safety codes.
- The building systems (HVAC, electrical, telecommunications, alarm, fire sprinkler, audio/visual, security, food service).
- Site improvements (landscaping, civil and asphalt play yard).
