A SIP team member will be your peer coach, providing one-on-one meetings, ILP technical support and in-field coaching. Please contact your peer coach to answer your questions about SIP.
Professional Development
There are multiple SIP Coach PD opportunities this school year:
- Beginning of the Year Orientation
- Introduction to the ILP
- Navigating the ILP
- Monthly Office Hours
The induction team will reach out to you and invite you to these PD opportunities.
New Coach Network (NCN)
If you are new to coaching, you will be invited to join three NCN PD sessions. These sessions will introduce you to coaching research, coaching stances and coaching language. They will provide opportunities for you to view coaching scenarios and practice coaching skills.
