Flynn Emergency Response

How to Respond in an Emergency or Disaster Link to this section

In the event of an emergency, students will be released only to persons listed on the student’s emergency card. Please make sure that your child’s emergency card is completely filled out and has working telephone numbers and contacts listed.

Parents/Guardians should be prepared to show photo identification OR be known to the teacher/staff member releasing the child. Please bear in mind that in an emergency, SFUSD central office staff may be on-site assisting in student dismissal, who may not know you or your child and who will require photo identification.

In the event of emergency, please check the SFUSD website or tune in to KALW 91.7 FM radio for current information.
