1. Activate your Parentvue (need activation code? Email Melissa- AlvarezM4@sfusd.edu)
2. Update & submit your Emergency Contact card on Parentvue - instructions
3. Submit all needed immunizations by one of the following ways:
   1. Upload on Parentvue- instructions
   2. Email photo or pdf to the school clerk (Fred Spitz - Spitz@sfusd.edu)
   3. Bring a copy in person to the main office at Flynn
4. Submit your Multipurpose Family Income form on SchoolCafe.com
