*Mission Graduates After School Program announcement: Link to this section
The after-school program will be closed on Friday, January 17, 2025. We will be closing the program to have our after-school teachers attend a full-day conference focusing on their professional development so that they can better serve your children and our school community. Please pick up your students at 2:05 p.m. during dismissal. No Mission Graduates staff will be onsite, so please make arrangements accordingly. We are very sorry for the inconvenience this will cause many of our families. We appreciate your support in our growth.

Join our Community Schools team (SSC) to talk about our hopes & needs assessment of the community that will help inform our budget planning during the spring semester.
January 22nd - Dragon dance performance
8:00-8:15am on West Yard
Immediately following our Wednesday assembly (which will take place on the West Yard this day), there will be a dragon dance performance put on by the LionDanceMe group to celebrate Lunar New Year. The performance will be approximately 15 minutes.
All families are welcomed to stay to watch!

February 13th - Black History Month Family Event
4:00-6:00pm in the Flynn cafeteria & front yard
Join us for a vibrant celebration of Black History Month at Flynn! Enjoy an evening filled with student performances, art displays, and fun activities highlighting the rich contributions of Black culture. We’ll also have a delicious dinner for all to enjoy. Come celebrate, learn, and share in the spirit of unity with our school community!

AAPAC Community Dinner - Families of African American & Black Students

AAPAC Community Dinner - January 23rd

We invite all African American and Black families to join us for a community dinner at Flynn. This evening is an opportunity to connect with other families, build community, and share your thoughts and experiences. We value your input and would love to hear your feedback on how we can continue to grow and improve as a school.

Middle School Enrollment
The Main Round application window for the 2025-26 school year is October 18, 2024 through January 31, 2025. Submit your application by January 31, 2025 to give your student the best chance possible of getting into your preferred schools. View the important dates in the enrollment timeline here.

TK Families
Flynn TK students will auto filter into the English Kindergarten class (no applications needed).
If you are a Flynn TK student that would like to be in Spanish Immersion kindergarten, you need to re-apply!
