4th/5th Grade Music Students
Students have already learned so much about rhythms, notation, how to hold the instruments, how to make fundamental sounds and so much more. Most students were able to take their instruments home this week and the remaining students who missed will check theirs out next week. We have talked extensively in class about how to take good care of the instruments.
Here are a few other important reminders:
- Only the instrumental music student should play their assigned instrument. (no friends or family that don't understand instrument care)
- Instruments are not to be played on the playground, cafeteria, bus, etc... (If you see students doing this, please feel free to remind them that their instruments should only be played in a safe space at home and in the music classroom).
- Students should bring their music folders and instruments to class every Tuesday.
Thank you for your help in making instrumental music a success! - From Ms. Cory (Flynn's Music Teacher)
