Submitting a Request for Leave in EMPowerSF:

Effective January 1st, 2022 leave requests will now be entered in EMPowerSF; paper forms and forms in ChalkSchools/InformedK12 will no longer be accepted.  For detailed instructions on submitting your leave request, please review the Employee Self-Service Guide.
