Services Available for Walk-Ins:

  • Form Drop-Offs: Credential paperwork, Express Benefits Report, Applications, SFMTA Parking Pass Payment
  • Employee Walk-in Support: Onboarding questions, basic EMPowerSF questions (pay statements, how to navigate, etc.), salary step questions 

 

Services Available for Appointments:

  • Fingerprinting:  Appointments for fingerprinting are sent directly to candidates
  • SFUSD ID Badge:  Get an official SFUSD badge
  • Personnel file access:  Set-up a time to view your own personnel file
  • Benefits Team Consultations: Are you a new hire with benefit questions? A retiree needing support with retiree benefits? Schedule a virtual appointment by visiting go.oncehub.com/SFUSDbenefits
  • Salary Team Consultations: Questions about your salary placement, step increases, etc. please schedule a virtual appointment by visiting go.oncehub.com/SFUSDsalary.
  • Disability Management/Workers’ Compensation Consultations: Questions about your accommodation request or workers’ compensation claim, please schedule a virtual appointment by visiting go.oncehub.com/WorkRestrictions

 

Employment Verification:

Drop off your paper employment verification in person or forward your request to  eeverification@sfusd.edu (3 - 5 day turnaround).
