SOCIAL JUSTICE LEADERSHIP: Take responsibility for equitable academic, civic, and social-emotional outcomes for students who have been historically underserved by schools and society.
Vision
Implement the school-wide vision; develop, communicate, and implement aligned visions for teams and groups, with a specific emphasis on African-American, Latinx, Pacific Islander, English Learner students, students with IEPs, and other underserved students.
Indicators

Personal vision: Develop and regularly share an authentic leadership story that connects a leader’s experiences to the school’s vision of equity.

Shared vision: Support principal in soliciting input from diverse stakeholders to create a shared vision, aligned to the district vision, for equitable achievement and experience.

Communication: Support the use of stories and data to bring the school’s vision to life, highlight key strategies for implementing the vision for equity, and lift up and celebrate successes.

Implementation: Maintains focus on the critical priorities outlined in the school’s vision through implementation of a strategic action plan.
