Band and Orchestra are full year electives (meaning you don't switch classes at winter break).
Band: Ms. Hendrick
Wind instruments and percussion (examples: flute, tuba, french horn, etc.)
- 6th Grade: Beginning Band
- 7th Grade: Intermediate Band
- 8th Grade: Advanced Band
Orchestra: Mr. Ostwald
String instruments (examples: violin, viola, cello, base, etc.)
- 6th Grade: Beginning Orchestra
- 7th Grade: Intermediate Orchestra
- 8th Grade: Advanced Orchestra
Performances Link to this section
Both Band and Orchestra participate in a number of performances over the school year. The two main highlights are the Winter and Spring evening performance for families and friends. Not to be missed!
