School Site Council
Each SFUSD school must have an elected School Site Council (SSC) comprised of parents, students, teachers/staff, administrators and community members to help guide the school governance process.
School Site Council
The SSC has a number of important responsibilities, including:
- Reviewing and analyzing student achievement data
- Gathering community input
- Helping develop the school's academic plan and the school site budget
- Monitoring the implementation of the plan and budget.
Interested in joining the SSC? Please contact: Assistant Principal, Emily Leicham, about elections. LeichamE@SFUSD.edu and learn more about the SSC on the SFUSD website.
Meeting Dates: generally meetings are on the last Friday of the month at 8:00am and posted on the Marina Google calendar (on the homepage of the website)
Meetings are always open to parents, staff and students. We enjoy having new perspectives at our meetings, please join us.
