Student Technology Tutoring Support

Hello Families!

Is your student going online for distance learning and bumping into questions about apps and tools like Zoom, Google Meet, Google Classroom, or Seesaw?

We can help you prepare for class and get ready to excel in online learning!

WHAT:

In collaboration with the SFUSD Department of Technology, the San Francisco Education Fund has recruited tech professional volunteers to provide you with 1-1 phone and videos support to walk through answers to app questions.

Examples: how to log in, how to set up your account, and how to get started.

Make an appointment with a volunteer who speaks:

Spanish: También tenemos voluntarios y voluntarias que hablan español.

Mandarin: 们也有會说普通话的志愿者

Cantonese: 我們也有會說廣東話的義工

Tagalog: Mayroon din tayong mga boluntaryo na nagsasalita ng Tagalog.

Volunteers also speak: Armenian, Cambodian, French, German, Gujarati, Hindi, Italian,

Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Russian, Tamil, Telugu, Turkish, and Vietnamese.

WHEN:

Each tech support appointment can be up to 30 minutes long. Appointments are available

starting Wednesday, August 12th. Sign up today, so that your child is ready for class!
