A New Approach to Math

We are rolling up our sleeves and diving into the common core for mathematics! "Math Talks" is transforming the way math is taught to children by using active communication to shape the way students learn mathematics. Our students learn to represent, explain, justify, agree, and disagree individually and in groups. We challenge them to articulate and defend their ideas and to analyze the reasoning of others.
