This is the annual reminder to site administrators regarding the Procurement Department’s deadlines for submission of FY 23-24 general requisitions.

The Procurement Department currently has limited Purchasers. There is a two-week, or ten business-day, delay in processing purchase orders. We thank you in advance for your patience and understanding. In the meantime, we are in the process of replacing those positions.

The Department will hold a “Meet and Greet” between May 13 and 17, 2024, in person at 801 Toland for interested custodians to meet with custodial supervisors.

In an effort to establish a deeper understanding of the contract process, Procurement will provide training opportunities as indicated below. The Superintendent is expecting at least one member from your school or department to attend one training (because all training within the current month is the same). The person who drafts the contract needs to be in attendance. Please share this PD opportunity with your relevant staff.
