Once You've Been Placed

Make sure to accept your placement:

If you are enrolling in Preschool make sure to keep in contact with your enrollment specialist so they know that you've accepted the spot offered.

If you're a TK parent/guardian please make sure to log into ParentVUE and ACCEPT the offer once you are sure Tule Elk Park is the school you choose. The offer is not confirmed until you accept it. If you are having issues with ParentVUE or accepting the offer please contact the Family School Resource Link Line at (415)340-1716.

Take a tour of the school: 

If you have not done so yet, please plan ahead to take a school tour. They are offered on the first and third Friday of each month, excluding holidays, and you can schedule one by calling (415) 749-3551. We cannot accommodate special tour requests at this time. 

Because TK students all start school at the same time, we do offer a TK orientation before the first day of school. Please watch your email for information on your child's upcoming orientation date. 

Log in to ParentVUE:

Once you have received placement it is important that you log into your account to make sure that all of your information is correct. It is not unusual for email addresses to have typos or emergency contacts to be missing. Most of your correspondence from Tule Elk Park will come to your listed email address. You can also upload most of your important enrollment documents such as updated vaccination records, media release forms or parent ID. Watch your email:
