ENROLLMENT 
If you need to apply for the 2024-25 school year, or there is a change in your child's enrollment (switching schools or districts) please reach out to the Enrollment Center as soon as possible! You can call 415-241-6085 or email enrollinschool@sfusd.edu

IMMUNIZATIONS
All new-to-SFUSD students MUST make sure that SFUSD has their immunization records, including required immunizations and a TB assessment*. If you want to submit your immunization records, please email a copy of your documentation to padillam@sfusd.edu and sflink@sfusd.edu, SUBJECT: Immunizations, Child’s Name, School Site.

*Please note that we are not legally permitted to allow new-to-SFUSD students (Kindergarteners or student transferring from other school districts) into the school yard or building without TB clearance. Families will have 30 days after their first day of school to submit proof of required immunizations and a physical exam for the student.
