About the Jefferson PTA
The Jefferson Elementary Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) is one of the oldest in San Francisco! Our PTA helps foster community by planning events such as movie nights, ice cream socials and other neighborhood gatherings. The PTA raises funds to support programs at Jefferson including field trips, classroom supply stipends, curriculum supports, arts programs, facility improvements and salary support for teaching staff.
PTA Meetings
Parents, caregivers, grandparents, and other members of the Jefferson school community are all welcome to join the PTA. Parents and guardians of Jefferson students are welcomed and encouraged to attend all PTA meetings. General PTA meetings are typically held on the 3rd Wednesday of every other month at 6pm. Please refer to the calendar in ParentSquare for specific dates of next meetings. Hope to see you there!

The PTA shares information with our school community primarily via the ParentSquare platform. To join ParentSquare, please send an email to jeffersonparentsquare@gmail.com with your child’s name / grade, and your name(s) and email(s).
