Serving our School and our Community
The George Peabody Parent Teacher Association (GP PTA) is a collaborative effort between Parents and Teachers to support the educational and developmental needs of our children. We are a PTA dedicated to help all children to soar and reach their highest potential. We promote the welfare of our children at home, at school, and in the community. The GP PTA contributes to the funding of art and music programs, field trips and other school activities, sponsors community building events like Beautification Day and Skate Day, sponsors educational workshops for parents, and partners with our neighborhood businesses to build a stronger community.
GP PTA Mission Statement
The mission of the George Peabody PTA is to encourage excellence in student development and achievement by advocating for our children and school; to promote parent education and involvement; and to support teachers and staff through our volunteer and grant programs.
Monthly Meetings
Join us at the next PTA meeting, generally held on the third Thursday of every month at 6:30pm in the multipurpose room and or/over Zoom. A light dinner is served. We are currently not allowing students to attend meetings (no childcare at this time)
The George Peabody PTA Tax ID number is 71-1004773.
