SFUSD is required by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to conduct Principal and Health Education Leader surveys to assess the status of school health policies and programs at middle and high school levels.
Give Kids A Smile is an event hosted by CPHA-N at UCSF that provides free dental screenings, cleanings, and fluoride varnish to children ages 3-17. The event will be held on April 30.
Aim High summer program applications are now open! Aim High is a no-cost, in-person summer learning program for 5th-8th grade students. Applications are due April 8.
During our summer program, we hire professional teachers to coach our college-aged teaching fellows through their first classroom experiences. Coaches observe teaching fellows, give feedback, provide professional development, and meet in small departments to plan lessons and learn instructional skills.
