Training Content Authors

Content managers can request access for team members and train them using either the school content owner training deck or the central office content owner training deck.

Team members trained in this manner will be granted content author access, which means they will be able to edit content, but a content manager must publish the edits. 

By requesting access and training team members, content managers will take responsibility to ensure that their web content meets SFUSD's obligation to provide accessible content to all our users, including users with disabilities and users who read non-English languages.
