How to use the analytics report:

  • Select your School
Select your school drop down
  • Select your Date Range:
Select your date range

The report are separated by topic questions and number on the left-hand side of the Report

Topic sections for the report
  1. What are the top pages?
  2. What devices are being used?
  3. How are users getting to the site?
  4. What time are users visiting?
Important Report Keywords
  • Views - the number of web pages or app screens that users view per session
  • Average time on page - the average duration a user spends on a single page, indicating the content's relevance and engagement level
  • Bounce rate - the percentage of sessions that were not engaged. In other words, engagement rate helps you measure the percentage of visits to your website or app that involved some form of meaningful engagement
  • Sessions - a series of user actions on a website or app within a specific period
  • Traffic Channel - a rule-based category that groups traffic sources and mediums to help you monitor how traffic is performing on your website
    • Sources - Where visitors come from, such as a search engine or another website
    • Medias - How visitors arrived on your site, such as a referral or organic search
