7. School Transfer Records Requests

  • If your student is transferring schools, please contact their school site, during the regular school year, to request records, since the school sites hold the complete cumulative files that contain all records. 
    • July 26, 2021 UPDATE: School site admins are back at their schools, so please contact them directly.
    • Contact information for your student’s school is listed in your ParentVUE account.
    • You can also search for general school site contact info here  (more specific school site email addresses are in your ParentVUE).
  • If your student is enrolled in Special Education services, please see the “Special Education Records” section of this web page
  • If your student is in a Charter / County School, we do not hold their records. Please see the “Charter Schools” section of this web page
