Your student immunization records are under review

Dear SFUSD families,

We are writing to inform you that your student’s immunization records are currently being reviewed, and there is no action required regarding your child’s health records at this time. Please disregard the email and call you might have received on Aug. 18 about updating your student’s required immunizations for school, as that does not apply to you and your student. We apologize for the oversight, and thank you for your partnership.
