Transcripts, Work Permits, and Student Records
The Transcript and Work Permit Office serves requests for High School Transcripts, High School Diploma Copies, Enrollment Verifications, and Education Verifications for former students and alumni. The record must be requested and fulfilled via our online systems. In the office, transactions are CASH ONLY or computers are available to place records requests via Parchment.
The office is open to the public Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm and is located at 20 Cook St., 1st Floor, Room 11, San Francisco, CA 94118. Masks are strongly recommended
General Record Request
For General Record Request including Subpoenas, Probation Officer Requests, or any other Court - Ordered Request, please submit the request to:

Special Education Record Request

Special Education Records are held until a former student turns 25.

- The office will be closed at 11:00 am on Wednesday, October 23 for a department meeting.
- The office will be closed from Wednesday, Nov 27th to Friday, Nov 29th for the fall break and will reopen on Monday, Dec 2nd. The office will be closed on Wednesday, Dec 25th, and Wednesday, Jan 1st, 2025 for the winter break.
- Transcripts and records MUST be ordered/processed via our online systems.
- For additional questions, please email transcripts@sfusd.edu (fastest response time). We do not process orders via email request - orders must be placed via the online system.
