Homecampus & Pre-Participation Physical Clearance

In order to be eligible to try out for a Giannini Athletic team, all parents/guardians and student-athletes must log onto homecampus.com to create an account to complete their physical packet and be approved by the Athletic Directors prior to the tryout dates.

• Online Athletic Clearance - This will show you step by step how to create an account to submit your physical packet.
• Log onto homecampus.com to fill in required information.
• Upload the following documents in your account: 
  • Pre-Participation Physical (only Page 4)
  • Parent Consent Form (a separate form is needed for each sport that a student tries out for)
