Attendance Info

To excuse an absence (do one of the following):

• Attendance Google Form
• Call 415-695-5709
• Email mendietatzompantzia@sfusd.edu
• Bring a doctor's note to the main office (for any absences over 3 days). Only bring the note before school, during passing period, or after school. 

All messages should have the following information:

• Parent/Guardian name
• Student's name
• Date(s) of absence
• Reason for absence
