Preparticipation Physical Packet

Students eat breakfast and lunch in the cafeteria during meal periods.  They may either bring a meal from home or receive free school meals from the cafeteria.  After eating, students take responsibility for cleaning up after themselves. Students learn what goes in the recycling, compost, and garbage bins.

Gordon J. Lau offers two on-site after-school programs:  the EXCEL program which is run by the Chinatown YMCA and the Commodore Stockton OST Program managed by SFUSD.  Students who enroll in these programs go directly to their program leaders from their classrooms.  We also have several neighborhood programs who pick up students from our school and escort them to their sites.
