5. Former Students / Alumni - ORDER Proof of SFUSD Enrollment
We can usually provide documentation that shows which schools you attended while in SFUSD, the years you attended, and the address(es) you lived at.
- Some records before 2014 do not have specific middle or elementary schools listed or your addresses.
SFUSD uses Parchment to process all Enrollment Records requests.
- Electronic Records cost $8.00 each.
- Official Records sent by mail cost:
- USPS Domestic: $10.75 each
- USPS International: $13.25 each
- FedEx Domestic Overnight: $33.00 each
- FedEx International: $57.50 each
