The Alternate ELPAC is part of a group of Alternate CA State Tests for students with the most significant cognitive disabilities. Alternate State assessments must be determined appropriate by a student's IEP team using the design confirmation worksheet. The IEP must reflect this decision in the Statewide assessments section in SEIS.
