SFUSD is launching a new parent advisory committee: the Queer & Transgender Parent Advisory Council (QTPAC)! 

The QTPAC aims to provide a space to listen and take action to create more welcoming, affirming and supportive schools for 2SLGBTQIA+ (Two-Spirit, Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Gender Non-Conforming, Queer, Intersex, Asexual, and Agender) students and families. This group will partner with other SFUSD parent advisory committees to equip parents, caregivers, and all families with 2SLGBTQIA+ students with the knowledge and skills to advocate for their kids, while fostering engagement with educators and administrators in SFUSD.

To join, applicants must have a student currently enrolled in an SFUSD school and apply by 4:30 p.m. PST on Aug. 30, 2024.
