Families at Early Education Schools: Submit the Multipurpose Family Income Form by Oct. 31

If your student(s) attend an Early Education School Site, please submit the Multipurpose Family Income Form (MFIF) for your household by October 31. Submit by this date to support the meal program funding at your School.
