During the month of March, Parents for Public Schools of San Francisco will host learning sessions about the December 2023 Regional Advisory Committee -West Report “Identifying and Addressing Priority Education Needs.” 

The Stice Lab at Stanford University is currently looking for parents who have experienced disordered eating and their daughters, who have not experienced disordered eating, between the ages of 12-16 to participate in a study investigating healthy adolescent development and eating behaviors.

SFUSD is seeking parents and guardians of Asian and Asian American SFUSD students from all grade levels (pre-K to 12th grade) and communities to serve on the Asian American Parent Advisory Committee.

The San Francisco Department of Child Support Services works with parents and legal guardians to ensure children and families receive court-ordered financial and medical support. Services are free for parents who receive public assistance. There is a $35 annual fee for parents who do not receive public assistance if we collect at least $550 for the year.

Summer program youth leadership program from the Golden Gate National Park Conservatory provides middle schoolers from diverse backgrounds with a seven week summer program to explore how to become a R.I.C.H leader through exploration and fun - Respect, Integrity, Courage, and Humility. The Annual Uniform Complaint Procedures Notice is being circulated to all students, parents/guardians, staff, and district stakeholders along with the updated policy and procedures and complaint form. The Uniform Complaint Policy and Procedure have been updated. The new notice and form should be posted and used moving forward.

Join the 2024 Giants Baseball & Softball Camps: Highlights include five days of professional instruction and baseball games and two tickets to the Giants game on Aug. 11.

The annual citywide Summer Resource Fair on Feb. 24 features representatives from 100 summer camps, classes, and programs for children in grades K-8, and is an excellent way to kick off your family’s summer planning.
