Main Round school assignments will be shared with families on Monday, Mar. 18. Families will receive their assignment letters in the mail, and can find them in the “Documents” tab of ParentVUE beginning at 8:00 a.m. on Mar. 18.

In an effort to establish a deeper understanding of the contract process, Procurement will provide training opportunities as indicated in the announcement. The Superintendent is expecting at least one member from your school or department to attend one training (because all training within the current month is the same). The person who drafts the contract needs to be in attendance.

This is the annual reminder to site administrators regarding the Procurement Department’s deadlines for submission of FY 23-24 general requisitions. The information including the dates can be found at Deadlines for Submitting FY 23-24 General Requisitions.

The Procurement Department currently has limited Purchasers. There is a two-week, or ten business-day, delay in processing purchase orders. We thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
In the meantime, we are in the process of replacing those positions.
