Introduction

Staff may be eligible for a new Apple MacBook Air M1 through the Laptops for Educators (L4E) Program.

 

Please note: Staff with the current district-assigned Apple MacBook Air 2018 will be required to exchange it for the newer, upgraded model.

 

If you recently received the upgraded laptop or have an existing Help Desk Ticket open regarding your District laptop, please disregard this email.

 

To make an appointment to receive the upgraded laptop, please complete the following:

  1. First, complete the required online SFUSD Acceptable Use Policy and Employee/User Equipment Release Form and Agreement formYou must complete this using your District @sfusd.edu email address.
  2. Then, open a DoT service request ticket by emailing help@sfusd.edu with the subject line “L4E Device Upgrade” using your SFUSD email address. A DoT representative will follow up with you on the next steps.

 

You must receive a confirmed appointment day and time. DoT is unable to help walk-ins at this time.
