Important Wallenberg Updates

September 8-11th students will need to come to campus to pick up materials. The schedule is below. Here are all the things you need to know:

• You are scheduled to pick up by grade level. 
• All materials will be available on the upper yard. No students will be permitted to enter the building. 
• We will be doing pick up only, no returns of materials (books, instruments, etc…) will be accepted at this point, unless you are leaving Wallenberg.
• If you are in the following classes, you will need to pick up materials: Art, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, AP Bio, APES, Biotech, SDC Algebra, SDC Geometry, and AP Comp Sci. Most classes have no materials to pick up- if you are uncertain, check with your teacher. 

When you arrive at school you need to follow these directions:

• Arrive at the time and day assigned to your grade*
• Everyone will up at the gates to the upper yard on Vega St (near the corner of Vega and Anzavista)
• You will be required to wear a mask or face covering
• You will be required to maintain proper social distancing (6 feet) while in line and while picking up your things.
• You will enter the yard and find your teacher/class table. All of your things will be in bags ready to go.
• You will exit through the gate on Anzavista.

*if you have siblings in different grades, come on Thursday or Friday. If you cannot come with your grade, you can come on Thursday or Friday.
