7th Graders - Get Your TDAP!

  • Having your child immunized is a State requirement and when schools reopen, they will not be able to attend classes unless they have met this requirement (exception for IEP, 504, students brand new to SFUSD and special needs children).

  • Why is this necessary? To protect your children, yourself, your family and other against Diphtheria, Tetanus and Whooping Cough. And to be healthy during a pandemic when optimal health is so important.

  • Where can I get my child vaccinated: Call your child’s Pediatric clinic/provider or go to https://vaccinefinder.org/

  • When should I do this? ASAP

Your student can get their TDAP at 3rd Street Youth Center and Clinic (1728 Bancroft Ave.)

  • Drop-in hours Mon, Tues and Fri from 1:00pm - 5:00pm.
