Announcement Message
All non-employee accounts (contractor, vendor, intern, student teacher, CBO, etc.): expire at the end of the current fiscal year (June 28, 2024). Non-employees requiring access into the next fiscal year must have a new SFUSD Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) form submitted by June 14, 2024 to maintain access. All non-employees who provide direct service to students and/or need access to SFUSD online platforms are required to have an SFUSD account.
All non-employees must:
- agree to and sign the SFUSD Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) form and have it approved by the SFUSD employee overseeing their work and by the requesting school principal or district-office head of department. Submit completed form(s) at help.sfusd.edu or attach to an email addressed to help@sfusd.edu.
- have an in-force contract/agreement or memorandum of understanding (MOU) properly approved/executed to cover the duration of access requested.
Non-employee account requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and submission of the AUP form does not guarantee that an account will be issued. For questions, please reach out to the Department of Technology Help Desk at help.sfusd.edu or telephone 415-241-6476.
