With the end of the year nearly here and as schools prepare to leave for the summer be sure to review the dates outlined in the annual End of Year Checklist.

Some highlights include:

• May 1 - June 30 - Graduating high school students enter transcripts requests online.
• May 20 - May 31 - Complete the graduating/exiting seniors process—must do for high school graduates. 
• May 15 -  Date to have students/counselors complete/finalize online course requests for opt-in schools so sites can complete master schedules before summer. 
• May 21 (noon) - (corrected date) Elem & EE schools with TK confirm all teachers’ grades are submitted for T3 report cards.
• May 21 (noon) -  (corrected date) Elem & EE schools with TK request report cards to load to ParentVUE for T3.  
• June 4 -  K-8/MS/HS grades finalized in Synergy 
• June 14 - Master Schedules and student class assignments entered into Synergy.
