SFUSD Paraeducator Institute 2024: Sign up to lead a virtual workshop August 15 or 16!                           

We are seeking workshop presenters for the annual SFUSD Paraeducator Institute, to be held on August 15-16, 2024 (Thursday - Friday). About 1000 paraeducators attend the institute across classifications (security aides, special ed paras, instructional paras, family liaisons, elementary advisors, early education paras, etc.). 

We welcome all SFUSD staff (paras, teachers, TSAs, certificated and classified staff, admin, etc.) to sign up to lead a workshop to support the learning needs of SFUSD's incredible paraeducators. We offer $200 stipends to site staff and paraeducators able to present. Please share your interest with us in the Facilitator Interest Form 2024. We will be in touch after to let you know the status of your proposed workshop.

The institute is fully virtual (all workshops on ZOOM). There will be 4 workshops each day and each workshop will be 80 mins. Workshop times are below:

• 9:30-10:50 (80) - Workshop
• 11:00-12:20 (80) - Workshop
• 1:10-2:30 (80) - Workshop
• 2:40-4:00 (80) - Workshop
