Announcement Message
Educators Edition A4YBC was adapted from the parenting class curriculum in efforts of giving school-based providers some of the culturally responsive, & trauma-informed information that we share with the Black parents that we have served. This two-part series was adapted from the A4YBC Parenting Class in efforts of allowing school-based providers the opportunity to access the concepts used in the class.
Academic functioning, neurodevelopmental, and mental health differences, and looking at other obstacles that impact the Black child and family are our most popular modules of the series. We have taken these 4 topics from the series and created a modified class for school-based providers.
By participating in this class - you'll not only gain invaluable insights into the obstacles and challenges faced by Black families, but also acquire practical strategies and tools to effectively support and advocate for your families.
