On May 21, the reporting period for TK-5 SBRC’s for Trimester 3 will close.  Principals use the 2023-24 SBRC Trimester Timeline & Guidance to facilitate completion of TK-5 Standards-Based Report Cards.

Reminders For Teachers/Leaders:

• Use the TK-5 SBRC Teacher Guides to support scoring of report cards, and communicate how students are making progress towards end-of-year standards. 
• Complete and save SBRC’s in Synergy well before noon on May 21- so school principals can confirm with DoT that all report cards are complete in order for report cards to be posted to ParentVUE for all students by June 4 (last day of school). 
• Prepare to distribute hard copies of Report Cards for students whose families do not have ParentVue accounts.
• Share translated resources with families regarding Report Cards posted at: https://sfusd.edu/reportcards.
• Reference the internal TK-5 SBRC website for additional guidance and resources.
