Greetings from UC Berkeley’s Leadership Support Program (LSP)! We hope that this email finds you and your community healthy and safe.

We are excited to announce that LSP is accepting applications for our next cohort, which starts September 2024! 

LSP is the longest-running university-based leadership induction program in California. Since 2003, we have supported hundreds of school leaders in the beginning of their careers. We currently serve over 100 candidates across the Bay Area and Southern California.

Our program is distinguished by our commitment to equity and social justice, centered around our research-based Leadership Connection Rubric. Through a cohort model, we promote a collaborative and supportive environment to help guide our students’ learning and growth. Our experienced Coaches provide personalized support in response to each student’s strengths and leadership goals.

We would love to have some of your leaders be members of our new cohort and we hope that you will recommend us to your new and recent hires who need to obtain the Clear Administrative Services Credential.
