In an effort to establish a deeper understanding of the contract process, Procurement will provide training opportunities as indicated below. The Superintendent is expecting at least one member from your school or department to attend one training (because all training within the current month is the same). The person who drafts the contract needs to be in attendance. Please share this PD opportunity with your relevant staff:

Procurement Clinics are held every 2nd and 4th Wednesdays at the times indicated above.
If you have any specific questions or areas on the contract you would like more information on, please let us know so we can include them in the training.

“As a district we are working towards improving our operations. In Procurement, we want to make sure that our processes are clear and user friendly. We are requiring that at least one member from your school or department who works on contracts attend the training. This training will help ensure that the contracting process goes smoothly and that schools and departments are getting the support they request in a timely manner.
